I. Tuition and Registration
The school year is ten months in length. All students must register and pay a $35 non-refundable annual registration fee.
Payment options are available, but need to be arranged with the School Director prior to class enrollment.
Holidays and school release days are included in tuition.
A class is subject to cancellation or combination with another level if fewer than 6 students are registered and paid.
A $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

II. Refunds and Make-ups
NO refunds will be given once the class registered for has begun.
Withdrawal from a class must be submitted to the Director in writing.
Make-ups granted by the Director must be taken within 30 days and taken only within the same discipline. Example, a jazz class cannot be taken for a ballet class missed.
No refund for occasional cancellation due to severe weather conditions.
Refunds given only in cases where medical documentation is provided.

III. Studio Rules and Regulations
Students are expected to arrive on time and to attend every class in the level that they are assigned.
Excused absences will be considered only in the cases of medical or serious personal reasons.
Chewing gum and eating are not allowed in the rehearsal space.
Valuables should not be left unattended in the dressing room.
Parents may wait for their children in the lobby area.
The International Ballet School reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose attitude or attendance is found to be unsatisfactory or who engages in disruptive or disorderly behavior, who uses inappropriate language, or uses illegal drugs or alcohol on the premises or at off-site performance/rehearsal spaces.

IV. Observation of Classes
Student’s family is welcome to observe class.

V. Inclement Weather
IBS follows the school closures of the Littleton School District, please call the studio    for closure announcements.

INTERNATIONAL BALLET SCHOOL 2009 SUMMER SCHEDULE

Ballerina Princess Camp
9:00am - 12:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Cost per session: $125.
Includes 45 minute creative movement class, nail painting, 30 minute movie and snack time, princess craft, and lots of fun activities! This camp is for children 3-6 years of age.
1st session: July 6th, 8th, 10th.
2nd session July 13th, 15th, 17th.
3rd session July 20th, 22nd, 24th.
4th session July 27th, 29th, 31st.

Registration and $25 non-refundable deposit due by June 1st. Space limited to 12 a session. Applications accepted on a fist come 1st serve basis!

Ballet 1
3:00pm - 4:30pm Wednesday July 8, 15, 22, 29
Cost $80
This Class is for children ready for their first year of serious dance training.
This Class is for children 6-8 years of age. Registration due on May 15th, 2009

Ballet 2
1:30pm - 3:30pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday July 6th - 31st
Cost: $230
Includes Ballet technique, stretch and strength, and character, with a performance on the 31st at 3:30 pm. This class is for children from 7-9 years if age with previous training. Registration and $50 non refundable deposit due by May 15th.

Ballet Intensive
9:00am - 1:00pm Monday through Thursday July 6th-30th
Cost: $850 for all 4 weeks or $250 per week.
Includes Ballet technique, stretch and strength, pointe, variations, character, acting for dancers, and a workshop every week about dance history, resumes, how to audition, and caring for pointe shoes, and a studio performance at the end of the intensive. This class is for students age 10 and up with at least 3 years of previous training. For IBS this means Level 3 and above.
Registration and non refundable $100 deposit due by May 15th, 2009.
